Our team evaluated three potential sites through detailed condition assessments, architectural test fits, and cost analyses to identify the best long-term solution for the client.
After assisting Zeton in selecting and acquiring the preferred site at 115 Oakhurst Street, Nussbaumer guided the project through site plan approvals and coordinated with the Niagara County Center for Economic Development to secure project incentives and funding assistance.
Nussbaumer then delivered full-service site, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design, along with contractor procurement support, construction administration, and full-time on-site inspection services. Our team worked closely with the client and contractor throughout construction to ensure the facility was delivered efficiently and in accordance with the project specifications.
