The new office will be managed by Timothy Burley, P.E., who joins Nussbaumer as a Senior Associate. A highly regarded professional with more than 38 years of civil and municipal engineering experience, Tim has built his career around improving infrastructure and quality of life in communities across the region. He was the co-founding partner of Burley-Guminiak & Associates, PLLC, a firm he led for 16 years in Canton, providing trusted engineering solutions for local governments, public utilities, and private developers.
Tim’s deep understanding of the region—its communities, infrastructure needs, and funding landscape—positions Nussbaumer to provide practical, high-quality engineering solutions with the responsiveness our clients value most.
