Jennifer Witnauer brings over 20 years of experience in professional services marketing within the WNY AEC industry. Since joining Nussbaumer in 2025, she has supported the firm’s marketing communications, proposal process and business development, focused on reinforcing the firm’s brand and visibility.

What drew you to your role?
I spent 20 years marketing architecture firms and I’m really enjoying getting to see things from the engineering side of projects. It’s really interesting and I’m learning a lot.
What do you love most about your job / or working at Nussbaumer?
I really like the team here. People are open and friendly and collaborative. I think the leadership team does a good job of setting the example that we are here to work together – that this is a ‘team sport’.
