OUR BID PHASE SERVICES
- Assembling and publishing construction documents to the owner’s preferred bid platform
- Hosting and facilitating pre-bid meetings, including preparation of minutes
- Managing Requests for Information (RFIs) from prospective bidders and issuing addenda
- Attending the bid opening and preparing a detailed bid tabulation
- Performing de-scope meetings with the two lowest qualified bidders (or others at the owner's discretion)
- Providing a formal letter of recommendation for contract award
