With more than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and site development, Tom brings both technical excellence and a deep commitment to community-focused design. His expertise spans a broad range of project types — from commercial and multi-family residential developments to community parks, public transit facilities, and roadway improvements.
A LEED Accredited Professional, Tom integrates sustainable design principles into every project, emphasizing innovative, efficient, and environmentally responsible solutions that meet both client goals and community needs.
