Jolene Jeffe brings financial and operational expertise to her role as Chief Financial Officer. Since joining Nussbaumer in 2018, she has overseen the firm’s financial strategy, ensuring stability, accountability, and long-term growth. Jolene also leads the administrative team. Her leadership supports the firm’s ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients and invest in its people.

What do you love most about your job / or working at Nussbaumer?
I have reminded my 3 young-adult children many times as they begin their professional careers: When it comes to the pleasure you derive from your work, its 10% what you do and 90% who you work with! What I love the most about working at Nussbaumer is the people I work with.
Is there a personal accomplishment you're especially proud of?
Being elected to political office as Town Supervisor, unknowingly being the first woman to do so. I served on the Town Board for 12 years.
